Now taking online payments

We have some exciting news to share – we are now able to take payments via debit and credit cards.

We have partnered with B2Bpay, a secure online payment portal that will allow you to pay your invoice with us using your debit or credit card.

Our new payment portal allows you to pay us using the following cards: Visa/Master Card, Visa/Master Business & Premium Card, American Express and other International cards.

Under the Reserve Bank of Australia regulations on card surcharges, RTB Accounting Group, will only charge our cost of acceptance as outlined below:

We’ve just been notified by our provider that they have changed their surcharges as of July 9th 2020 to the following:

Visa – 1.43%
Mastercard – 1.43%
Corporate & Premium Visa Card – 1.81%
Corporate & Premium Mastercard – 1.81%
American Express – 2.53%
Diners club – 2.75%
International Cards – 3.11%

Please note that these charges may change in time and we will notify you accordingly if they do.

From now on, when you receive your invoice, you will notice that there will be a blue ‘View and pay online now’ button, simply click on the link and it will take you to the secure payment page where you will be able to pay your invoice.

Please note, we do not see, nor do we collect your card details. This is simply a new option to make paying your invoices easier.

If you have any questions, please contact the office.
